My husband and I, together with our daughter and son, have been customers with Camlough Dental Practice for many years now.  We cannot speak highly enough about the level of service and standard of customer care that we receive each and every time we frequent the practice.  In addition, their communications, whether it is via email or text is second to none as is their willingness to accommodate appointments, changes or emergencies.

We have been Denplan customers for quite a while now and this service is to be recommended as we know what our exact monthly cost is safe in the knowledge that we are catered for if and when emergencies occur, as well as ongoing checkups and general dental hygiene care.

A special word of thanks to Nicky McArdle of course as our first port of call who is genuinely a tremendous asset to the Practice and goes beyond the call of duty in order to accommodate any requests that we have.  Thanks also to all of the superb dental technicians at Camlough Dental Practice whose jobs are so important to the smooth running of the practice.  Finally, we would like to reserve special recognition and sincere appreciation to Dr Aileen Campbell – from the very first time that we encountered her when she went beyond the call of duty to treat our son at an early age, she has been absolutely fantastic with us all – so much so that she actually makes visiting the dentist a very pleasant experience.

I can't say enough about Aileen Campbell and the team at Camlough dental Practice. I've always had a fear of dentists and I had absolutely no need to worry with Aileen as she put me completely at ease and I felt no pain throughout the procedures. I'm so pleased with the results and i wouldn't hesitate in recommending the team. I have also attended the hygienist Lisa and she had played a part in building my confidence.  I now attend her clinic every 3 months as part of my maintenance programme Thanks, JM.

Dear Nicky, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you and all the staff on reception for your kindness and courtesy to me at all times.  In surgery the very professional treatment and friendly attitude of Mr William Campbell, his assistants and the entire team certainly contributes to the patient feeling confident and relaxed; and for this I am very very grateful.  The cleanliness of the whole premises must surely be another major consideration in encouraging patients to return.  I certainly am a very satisfied and grateful patient and I would have no hesitation in recommending Camlough Dental Practice to anyone.

Having had better things to do than cleaning my teeth properly in my youth, I finished up sporting a set of top dentures for over 30 years. The bottom set were dumped very quickly as I just could not handle them.  I regretted not taking care of my teeth in my earlier years. My denture was becoming more and more of a problem leaving my gums swollen and sore.  It was causing me great embarressment.  I eventually plucked up the courage to go for an assessment for dental implants.  I made an appointment with Aileen Campbell. It was not the cheapest way to solve my problem and not the quickest either, however, it is the best decision I could have made.  The Practice was welcoming and friendly and above all, they were open and honest about the treatment options that were available to me.

I am so happy to have finally got rid of the denture which I struggled with for so long.  I am not the most patient person, I would have liked them to wave a magic wand but life just is not like that. The time that I was undergoing the treatment, as it had to be done in stages, gave me the time to gather up the money, which I was able to pay in stages.  For anyone thinking about having this treatment carried out, i would highly recommend making an appointment with Aileen Campbell in Camlough Dental Practice.  My only regret is that I did not do it years ago.

For a number of years I had a temporary dental bridge, as I had two front teeth knocked out while playing sport when I was teenager.  The dental bridge was somethimes restrictive and needed frequent treatment.  I recently had dental implants placed by Aileen Campbell in the Practice which has given me a lot more confidence eating food, smiling and a general peice of mind.  I now have the confidence in my bite and enjoy munching into an apple once again.  I am delighted with my new dental implants.

I have been a patient with Billy Campbell for 14 years now and have always been happy with the treatment I received and the service provided by the Practice. I was previously an NHS patient and I have since joined their monthly budgeting plan, Denplan Care.  This allows me to budget for my dental care and also gives me access to their 24 hour accident / emergency cover whether at home or abroad. I receive high quality treatment and regular preventative care.  I never have to wait long for my appointments.  The email and text reminders are extremely helpful. I have always found the staff of Camlough Dental Practice friendly, approachable and welcoming.  I have often recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so.

I became a patient in Camlough Dental Practice about 3 years ago, following some poor experiences elsewhere. I always feel welcome on arrival, greeted in a friendly way, and the waiting time is minimal. Andrea and all the staff are friendly, efficient and very professional. I always have my treatment explained clearly and the options available to me. (I have had some major work done) Appointments are easily arranged and a reminder text is sent out the day before, also they are very helpful if emergency treatment is required. The costs are reasonable and clearly detailed on the bill. Parking is not a problem. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to my family and friends.

Twelve months ago I decided to get something done with my upper front middle tooth. It had been damaged in a sporting clash and was becoming very brown and there was clear infection in the gum. I was recommended to go to Aileen Campbell at the Camlough Dental Practice. It was a great recommendation as I found Aileen to be totally professional in every aspect of the treatment. Firstly Aileen worked with me to establish the goal. The agreed goal was to give me a white tooth with all infection removed. Then Aileen did a reality check to see what the state of the existing tooth was. After a couple of visits it became clear that the existing tooth would have to be removed. Aileen then went through with me all of the options and outlined the likely outcome, the cost, and the length of the treatment. I decided on having an implant. Aileen then gave me an outline of the process, and dates when I would come to her, and what treatment she would do at each session. I never believed I would say it about serious dental treatment, but because of the professionalism of Aileen and her team I actually found the whole process to be enjoyable. I was kept fully informed on the progress, and advised at all stages how to deal best with my condition. A year later, I have a perfect white tooth, and all infection cleared. My thanks to all the Camlough team for their friendliness, reliability and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending your Practice.
